Jake The Snake Off The Wagon
By Saving A Sketch, You Agree To Our Terms and ConditionsIn 2007, WWE started a policy that they would pay all expenses for any former WWF/WWE performer who needed to enter into any form of substance abuse rehabilitation.
According to various wrestling news reports, as well as his own MySpace page, Roberts was placed in a 14-week voluntary rehab program by WWE as of December 10, 2007.
In May 2008, Jim Ross reported that, "Jake Roberts has been doing well the past few weeks, after completing a treatment program."
Roberts' official MySpace page reported that he was back to working indy shows, and claimed that he was doing well after rehab. However, on September 12, 2008, Jake had an incident at a Firestorm Pro Wrestling event in Lakewood, Ohio in which he was very visibly not sober, and was disruptive and unable to properly work. Jake then got into a fight backstage after the show, and police had to be called to the event.
On September 15, 2008, a statement released on his Myspace page by his assistant claimed that Jake had been drugged at the venue and that Roberts has no recollection of the incident that happened during the show.

Vince Young Suicidal
By Saving A Sketch, You Agree To Our Terms and ConditionsBreaking News - Vince Young, starting quarterback for the Tennessee Titans, has recently been reported that he is possibly suicidal. Vince Young's therapist told the Titans head coach, Jeff Fisher, that Young has mentioned several times before about committing suicide. Police was called to help search for Vince Young after they watched him flea his house by car with a gun in hand.
Drop Vince Young from your fantasy team right now, as I don't see starting many of the up coming games.

Ocho Cinco It Is...
By Saving A Sketch, You Agree To Our Terms and ConditionsIt's official. In a publicity stunt to start a media frenzy, Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson changed his name in his home state of Florida last week.
The National Football League decided on Thursday to recognize receiver Chad Johnson’s legal name change to Chad Ocho Cinco. The new name will be on the back of his Cincinnati Bengals uniform for the season opener in Baltimore on Sunday.
Regardless of the name change, Johnson is going to have to put up numbers as he has done in the past or Cincinnati fans will grow tried of his show sooner or later.
I'm sure Reebok is happy, that they can now product a new jersey that will most likely be the number one seller in Ohio.

Tatum Bell Mug Shot?
By Saving A Sketch, You Agree To Our Terms and ConditionsReported by Jim Rome, former Detroit Lion running back Tatum Bell was caught on security camera stealing newly signed running back Rudi Johnson's bags outside a coaches office.
When the bags were eventually returned Tuesday by an unidentified woman, the bags were missing Johnson's identification, credit cards, clothes and all of his money, about $200 in cash.
"I just want to talk to him man-to-man. I want to straighten it out,'' Bell said in a phone conversation tonight. "I did take his bag, but it was a misunderstanding. I've never had to fight for my reputation like now."
Bell is going to need that $200 after becoming expendable by the Lions.
