Summertime: NKOTB Vs. Fresh Prince

DS Guitar Hero!!!
Guitar Hero: On Tour
The announcement was made by IGN on Wednesday revealing that the oft rumored handheld edition would be coming in quarter 3.
Vicarious Visions is developing the game and has elected to go with a more compact design, rather have a full on guitar attachment that could be rather awakward in travel situations.
More than 20 licensed songs have been confirmed including tracks from Nirvana, OK Go, and No Doubt. A single player campaign and local multiplayer mode have also been confirmed, but no word yet regarding online play, a specific release date, or pricing.
The pictures show a pretty brillant design, if I say so myself.

Guitar Hero Beatles?
Activision's, Guitar Hero, is expanding there music catalog this June with addition of Aerosmith. Now rumors are flying that they might be in the works for a deal to secure the Beatles back catalog.
Martin N. Bandier of Sony/ATV – the company who owns the copyrights to the Beatles back catalogue – admitted that, "It's something we have talked about and would like to pursue."

Avril Lavigne's Tour Bombed
Avril Lavigne's world tour which has been struggling to sell tickets bombed on opening night in Canada. All of her radio hit singles didn't seem to impress the crowd as a local colonist from Victoria Times wrote.
"For the most part, I like Lavigne's music and have taken it upon myself to argue the point repeatedly to the non-fans who will listen.
But Wednesday night wasn't an occasion I would go on the record for with unwavering support.
Granted, it was the opening night of her world tour - which includes 15 dates in Canada - but the so-billed Best Damn Tour wasn't even the Somewhat OK Damn Tour; it was just plain disappointing. "
We know her husband's tour, Sum 41, is also doing bad, it will be interesting to see if either one or both of their tours end up being canceled.
