No NC-17 For Smith
Yes, Silent Bob has done it again. The master of cult classics, Kevin Smith has talked his newest movie, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, down to an R rating.
Smith met with the MPAA board on Tuesday, and successfully argued his case, explaining "Anybody not inclined to see a movie with 'porno' in the title is not going to see it, so it kind of regulates itself to a degree, and anybody who is going is not going to be surprised by what they see."
One of the films stars, Elizabeth Banks, describes the movie as a really sweet love story. Regardless of what the story is about, if Smith wrote it, I'm going to see it.

Lions, Tigers And Now Bears...Oh My!
Well, maybe there were no Tigers, but former Lions running back, Kevin Jones, agreed to a one-year deal worth $605,000 with the Chicago Bears.
This is a good landing spot for the injury plagued runner since the Bears cut last years starter and first round bust Cedric Benson.
Jones will compete with Matt Forte of Tulane for some carries.

Federline Partying Hard Again
Federline is not often seen in the nightclubs anymore now that he has two children but on Friday night, Kevin Federline was turning the big 3-0. He was seen out with 20 friends and family members at the Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas.
Federline seemed to have a blast while he threw down Jack Daniels and many other shots. He left the club around 2am and was supposed to head back home to Los Angeles on Saturday to take care of his two kids.
I am still shocked to see that Federline is a much better parent. As much as I may dislike him, he has done well with both his sons, Preston and Jayden.

Britney Spears Givs $375,000 To Federline
According to the courts decision on Monday, Britney Spears still owes Kevin Federline $375,000 for legal fees. Since Federline has no steady income and Spears brings in around $700,000 a month, Britney is forced to pay for Federline's legal court issues. Which in my mind makes sense, she was the one that caused all of these problems and child care issues. Fork it up Britney.

Spears' Father Fights To Get Money Back
Jamie Spears, Britney Spears' father and co-conservator, will attend court this Monday afternoon in Los Angeles to complain to the judge that Spears' ex, Kevin Federline, has been receiving to much of Britney's money.
It is said that K-Fed receives about $500,000 dollars which sounds a little much for me. I know she is loaded and K-Fed actually turned out being the better parents but it that price seems to be a bit steep, especially for someone that has been in a downward spiral.
More news about Britney Spears' court date will be provided as the day moves on.
