Should we need a license to have kids? Of course not...well, that is until you hear the most recent news out of the mouth of Amy Winehouse.
"Blake and I can't wait to have kids. I want at least five kids. I want twins," the frail, substance-susceptible singer said to the British edition of OK!.
Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil is currently serving a 27-month jail sentence on assault and obstruction-of-justice charges.
Can't wait until they mate. Maybe the court can allow a conjugal visit to speed up the kid process. This way she might have time to give birth to 6 wonderful kids.

Here is some positive news for all you Britney Spears fans which are pulling for her to get away from the bad media. Britney Spears seems to be adored by her new young fan base from West Hollywood.
Recently it has been reported that Britney has been spending a lot of her time at the Millenium Dance Studios, and not only to be working on her own moves but helping youngster learn to dance.
Elissa Bouganim, a five-year-old, who has picked up on some of Britney's dance moves, told people mag,
“I like Britney. Today, first we were dancing slow, and then faster and faster ... Then we did the fish-move and lots of other fun things. Britney is nice. I want to dance with Britney all the time because it’s so much fun.“
Maybe this is a pretty good career for Britney at the moment so she can lay low for awhile and let her sister take some of the heat.
