LittleBigPlanet PlayStation Game Recalled To Avoid Sunni Snit
If Sony hadn't recalled LittleBigPlanet, some Sunni might have heard the sound track, and the verses from the Quran in one of the songs.
Turns out that, although Muslims in general and most Sunnis don't mind hearing quotes from the Quran, and can tolerate music, some really 'strict' Sunnis don't approve of instrumental music of any sort.
So, Sony pulled their new PlayStation game, and won't release it until it's been purged of those 'insulting' verses from the Quran. I've read, though, that some copies of the game, with the Quran quotes, are for sale on eBay.

While Sony is at it, they'd better pull every video game they've got that has music in the sound tracks. A Sunni, somewhere, might be insulted.Why stop there? I'll stop short of suggesting that all orchestra conductors...

Breaking Sony News
There will be a massive 60 map/mode combinations available for online play.
The game will offer 100 hours of cooperative play, separate to the single-player campaign.
The MyResistance website will be launching properly in two weeks. Sony has also announced that on the 23rd of October a PS3 and LittleBigPlanet bundle will go on sale. No word on a price point currently, but we’ll keep you updated when the info becomes available. We're not sure if this is an Australian specific bundle, but regardless, it's a brilliant marketing move by Sony because it will appeal to the masses seeking both a PS3 and the awesome LittleBigPlanet....

My digital camera is driving me crazy. It does not have the ability to capture pictures instantaneously upon its button being pressed.
