If you haven't drafted your fantasy team, then you're running out of time. Here is a quick cheat sheet to get you through the first two rounds. After that, I'd turn to ESPN's Matthew Berry.

Fours Company

American Idol jumps the shark. Paula, Randy and Simon are are going to have to build a bigger table because they are getting some company.

Grammy-nominated songwriter Kara DioGuardi is joining American Idol as a judge when the singing competition returns for its eighth season in January 2009.

The Grammy nominee's name may not be familiar to Idol viewers, but her sound should be. DioGuardi has strong ties to the behind-the-scenes world of Idol, writing tracks for David Cook, David Archuleta, Carrie Underwood, Clay Aiken, Bo Bice, Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks.

She has also more than earned her credentials outside the Idol universe, penning hits for Britney Spears, Jonas Brothers, Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion, Faith Hill, Paris Hilton, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan, Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Santana, Hilary Duff, Simpsons Jessica and Ashlee and just about any other artist who's cracked Billboard's Top 10 in recent years.

DioGuardi was probably brought in a precaution. Who knows when Paula will completely lose her mind?

Jin May Not Be Lost

Daniel Dae Kim, who plays Jin on the hit TV show Lost airing on ABC, may or may not have died in an explosion in the season 4 finale.

Producers are being very secretive about possible story lines surrounding Jin, which is completely understandable.

Lost: Season 5 will most likely begin airing at the end of January and will continue every week until the summer of 2009. The series will sadly end after the 6th season, but this will help the writing team with intriguing, tight story lines.

Has anybody seen, Mr. Eko?

It was announced Monday afternoon that Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade is done for the season. The former MVP who has been injured the whole year with a pain his left knee will be watching from the bench during the Heat's last 21 games this season.

With the hope of the playoffs gone Miami Heat dished off their big guy Shaq O'neal and now have decided to bench their main man Dwyane Wade. I think it is a good move as there is no reason to injury their best player anymore than he already is. If Miami was in the playoff hunt I would say suck it up but there is no need to, they need to think about getting him to rehab.
