King of the 4th of July box office, Will Smith, does it again by grossing 66 million dollars over the holiday.

So far Iron Man and Indiana Jones have grossed over 300 million this summer. My guess is that the Dark Knight will be the 8th movie to gross over 400 million in the USA box office before summer's end. The Dark Knight opens July 18th. Only time will tell...

NEW Batman The Dark Knight Trailer
Batman: The Dark Knight trailer gets my blood flowing, I cannot wait for it to hit theaters this summer. Christian Bale and Heath Ledger look great on the screen together. I am anxious to see if Ledger played The Joker as good as Jack Nicholas did. The Joker is easily the best villain in any Batman movie. Check out the Batman: The Dark Knight trailer below.

Superman 2 Man Of Steel Sequel
Directory Bryan Singer has released some news that he has started working on Superman: Man of Steel sequel. Since the end of the writers strike his team has meet together to start producing Superman 2.
Right now it is in development stages but they have decided to make sure this movie is packed with tons of actions since the first film focus on the building of characters and their relationships.

NEW Batman : The Dark Knight Photos
The New Batman is coming this summer and I am sure it's gonna suck in millions of dollars in the box office. The first one, Batman Begins, can probably be argued one of the best batman movies of all time. It is my favorite movie currently and am wondering if the Dark Knight is going to be able to hold up to the hype.

Madagascar Escape 2 Africa
The sequel of Madagascar was originally known as Madagascar: The Crate Escape. It has not been officially announced but it seems the new subtitle might be called "Escape 2 Africa".
Trademork.com writes:
On March 3, 2008, Dreamworks Animation filed to protect the trademark Madagascar Escape 2 Africa in relation to "animated motion picture films for theatrical release and for distribution via television" as well as a variety of goods and services related to Dreamworks' Madagascar franchise.
Think it is a better sub-title, better looking and sounding, stick with the new title.
