Matt Groening, The Simpsons creator, said, "It's going to be awhile," but added the important statement: "We'll get to it, I'm sure." Groening was talking about the possible sequel to the Simpsons Movie. The first movie took 4 years to produce.

Sex And The City Sequel
There is already talks about another possible Sex and City movie to hit theaters. HBO executives said they are definitely interested in making Sex and City II.
Rumor is that it is all up to the director Michael Patrick and the cast of girls. The possibility of a new movie to hit the theaters is projected to come out in about four years from now.

Superman 2 Man Of Steel Sequel
Directory Bryan Singer has released some news that he has started working on Superman: Man of Steel sequel. Since the end of the writers strike his team has meet together to start producing Superman 2.
Right now it is in development stages but they have decided to make sure this movie is packed with tons of actions since the first film focus on the building of characters and their relationships.

Madagascar Escape 2 Africa
The sequel of Madagascar was originally known as Madagascar: The Crate Escape. It has not been officially announced but it seems the new subtitle might be called "Escape 2 Africa".
Trademork.com writes:
On March 3, 2008, Dreamworks Animation filed to protect the trademark Madagascar Escape 2 Africa in relation to "animated motion picture films for theatrical release and for distribution via television" as well as a variety of goods and services related to Dreamworks' Madagascar franchise.
Think it is a better sub-title, better looking and sounding, stick with the new title.

Aliens VS Predator 3?
YES, rumor states that there will be a third Alien vs Predator.
According to shocktillyoudrop.com, "An anonymous source over at 20th Century Fox got in touch with us over the weekend to relay the news another 'Aliens vs. Predator' sequel is a 'certainty' at this point".
Thank God this will not be hitting the theaters as it is doubtful that the third version could be any good. I think one Alien vs Predator was enough. It is looking to be released on DVD sometime in mid April...if this rumor is true.
