Flair Departs WWE
The "Nature Boy", Ric Flair, is leaving World Wrestling Entertainment because of an inability to take outside bookings and make appearances without WWE approval.
Flair, who lost a retirement match to Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania earlier this year, has remained with the company in a non-wrestling role, appearing on RAW several times over the last several months. It's unknown whether the terms of his contract would allow him to appear in TNA.
Even if he was allow to appear on TNA, it is highly doubtful he would jump at the opportunity after partings ways with the company on very good terms.
Ric Flair's statement concerning the situation:
"WWE and I parted on the best of terms. This gives me the chance to pursue new opportunities...corporate speaking engagements, product sponsorships, autograph shows for my loyal fans (who made me what I am today) and film and television roles. My agent and I are very excited about what the future holds!"

Legends Of WrestleMania
Legends of WrestleMania is official. It will release around WrestleMania in 2009 on PS3 and Xbox 360.
The game will implement a brand new combo fighting system that is grapple-based. Hopefully this will be very similar to the N64 wrestling games, with WWF No Mercy being the best of the best. Maybe even the greatest wrestling game of all time. But I'm sure some of you nerds would love to put that up for discussion.

WWE 1 Million Dollar Give Away!
The World Wrestling Entertainment chairman, Vince McMahon, announced during last week’s “Monday Night Raw” that he would give away $1 million of his own wealth to viewers, but he didn’t specify when or how it would be distributed.
Details are WWE.com and your must preregister for a chance to win!
It is a brilliant plan to bring back the ratings and stimulate economic growth. Well, I guess the ratings part is true...I not sure about the economic growth statement, but it sounds good.

Detroit Tigers Start Off Horrible
Second game into the 2008 Major League Baseball season the Detroit Tigers are off to a 0-2 start. Before this season had started the Tigers were considered the team to beat after many reporters and sports fans predicted them to be this year World Series Champions.
You know your season starts off bad when Kansas City Royals is the team which is beating you. Royals have been an average to below average team for the last couple of years. Kansas City has only started off the season 2-0 twice in their last 28 seasons.
This afternoon Bannister, Royals starting pitcher, only allowed 2 singles in the seventh inning. Detroit's stacked offensive lineup is under performing.
Any baseball fans out there predicted Tigers to be this year's World Series Champs?
